THE KAISER AT THE FRONT.
SEA APPROACHES TO GERMANY CLOSED.
(Received Aug. 11, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 10. It is reported that the Kaiser has gone to Aix-la-Chapelle. The Daily Mail says the British fleet commands the North Sea and all approaches to GeTmany are dosed. The Pall Mall Gazette says that an official message states that the Germans are trying to inundate the Seille Valley in order to delay the French advance on Metz.
