NEGROES LYNCHED.
NEW YORK, Aug. 7. A mob at Monroe, in Louisiana, hanged Gnffen and Hall, two negroes accused of murdering a white tradesman.. Previously the mob had lynched Henry Holmes for the same crime It is alleged that Holmes confessed to the murder.
