GUN-RUNNING COMMISSION.
™ w , ~ LONDON, Aug. 9. me Koyal Commission on the gunrunning at Howth and the shooting of civilians has opened. Mr Harrel testified to invoking military aid and General Cuthbert gave evidence that he thought it his duty to comply with Mr Hand's request. He approved all the military had done that day. The enquiry was. adjourned.
