LONDON, June 14
The Prince of Wales took part in his first public function, and laid the foundation stone of St. Elms' Church at Kennington, in the Duchy of Cornwall estate. He received an enthusiastic reception. The King subscribed £1000 and the Prince of Wales £1000.
