WANGANUI, June 1. At the Supreme Court to-day hearing was hegun of a libel action Paterson jv. Symthe, claiming £1000 damages for allege! libel contained in an unsigned letter allegedly written % Mrs Symthe concerning the conduct of Mrs Paterson and a Collegiate School hoy. The case is proceeding.
