HOLIDAY NOTICE.

KING'S BIRTHDAY, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3. Pest Office.—Closed all day. Mails usually despatched on Wednesdays will close at 6.30 a.m. A clearance of all town pillar and receiving boxes will be made at 7 p.m. en Tuesday, June 2. There will be no lettercarrier or rural deliveries on Wednesday, but letters, etc., usually so delivered, can be obtained at the counter between 7 and 8 p.m. on Tuesday. Telegraph Office.—Will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Telephone Exchange will be open as usual. T. B. SALMON, Postmaster.
