TRADING WITH ENEMIES. CRUELTY OF~CONSTITUTT()NALISTS. NEW YORK, May 29. It Is understood that the arms and ammunition shipped by the German steamer to Mexico were actually supplied by United States manufacturers, who shipped them to Hamburg, and thence re-shipped them to Mexican ports. Thirty-five women camp-followers were- killed in the Paredon battle. The Constitutionalist soldiers executed twelve members of the military band and over fifty officers, including Porfirio Diaz's nephew. After shooting the musicians, the Constitutionalists enlisted those left alive, and compelled them to give a concert in honor of the victory.
