SOLICITOR STRUCK OFF

WELLINGTON, May 6. This morning, upon the motion of the Canterbury District Law Society, the Court of Appeal made absolute the order to strike Walter Shaw, of Timaru, off the rolls of barristers and solicitors of the Supreme Court of Hew Zealand.
