HUERTA IN DIFFICULTIES.

WASHINGTON, May 4. Huerta's position is reported to be Troops, who had hitherto -been loyal, are believed to be deserting. The War Minister, Blanquet, has quarrelled with Huerta, who is row doubtful upon whom he can rely.
