SUICIDE AT NEW PLYMOUTH
A young man named Spencer Grifntns, well-known in New Plymouth |S. p ,vyed -in his bro%r's (Mr G. Griffiths ) tailoring business, committed suicide on Tuesday by taking poison His failure to return to the shop from lunch, coupled with the finding of a note saying "good-bye," led to a search being made, and his body (the/*" News report) was found on the* foreshore near the municipal baths late in the afternoon.
