(Before Mr Kenrick, S.M.) Judgment was entered for plaintiffs, with costs, in the following undefended cases: A. Cocker v. J. Cook, £2; Beatrice M. Salmon v. Esther L. White, £9 10s (as against separate estate o»ly); Cole and Donnelly v. C. Rangi, £l'3s 3d; A. Muageridge v. Rangiahu PikiraDU, £20 5s 8d; W. S. Lockhart v. D. O'Keefe, 15s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. E. "Harrison and Co. (Mr Bay ley) v. James Walker, claim £5 14s.—There was no appearance of debtor, and the visual order was made; in default, 7 days' imprisonment. R. Hindmarsh (Mr Sellar) v. M. McCashan, £24 18s sd.—Debtor did not appear, and he was directed to pay the amount forthwith; in default, seven days' imprisonment. A. Blair (Mr Sellar) v. Hori Tamahori, claim £4 4s.—ln default of appearance, debtor was ordered to pay the amount forthwith. The usual alternative of seven days' imprisonment was fixed. A. Smith (Mr Smart) v. Frank Ritchie, claim £2 5s 6d.—Debtor appeared, and after examination the order was refused. W. H. Brice (Mr Sellav) v. W. B.
