APPEAL TO THE COUNTRY.
LONDON, April 27. Colonel Seely, speaking at Newcastle, said he supposed that before long there would be an appeal to the country. He could <aoi support the cry of "the people against the Army," for the latter knew nothing about politics, and it would be a false cry.
