BY TBLEGBAPH— PHESS ASSOCIATION. REEFTON, March 16. A record dry spell has been experienced here, and the town reservoir containing 900,000 gallons has to be carefully husbanded. Water can only be obtained for four hours daily Almost all the creeks are dry, and the New Big River Mine has been compelled to close down. Other mines wiUsoon be affected, and rain is being anxiously awaited. s
