THE MEXICAN REVOLT.
MEXICO CITY, March, 14. General Alatrista was murdered when his force mutinied under the leadership of three lieutenants. Some officers who escaped mobilised a punitive force and fought a pitched battle, defeating the muntineers, and executing those they captured.
