Keuter s St. Petersburg correspondent cables that a hurricane in the Kuban Province caused the Sea of Azoff to rise 9ft. and inundate Stanitza and Achyyrskaji. A thousand people perished. Two hundred workmen were drowned while asleep. Three hundred and eighty buildings at Achyyrskaii were swept away. There were also floods in Yasenkija, and 150 persons were drowned.
