' The Russian Bourse Gazette's firm reply is enthusiastically welcomed. It is felt that Germany's menace has lost its terrors, and France's position is much securer that a few years ago. Le Temps says Germany must rid herself of the idea that the rattling of the sword will cause any alarm in France or Russia.

An inspired article in the Rossuja rebukes the mischevious attempts of foreign journalists to sow discord between Russia and Germany, and reminds them of Germany's refusal to accept the limitation of armaments. The paper ,veoommends them to abstain from unfriendly attacks and unjust aspersions.
