LONDON, March 15. Mr Dillon, speaking at Newcastle, said that he was convinced the compromise , was the best cakmlated to. secure victory. If the Unionists won at the next, election they could repeal it. if they dared, or cut out Ulster, when the Nationalists would renew the struggle with an Irish Parliament at their back. •
