Mr Hugh Spence, an ex-Sydney resident, who some years ago was engaged in New Zealand in horse-breeding, lias returned, and states that the New Zea- I landers are considerably prejudiced against Sydneyites. He declares that when he first arrived in the Dominion and presented his Sydney testimonials he found it impossible to do business with merchants. This state of affairs existed for three months. He also complains that Australian coins are not accepted in New Zealind. He does not'intend to return to the country. .
