SYDNEY, March 4. , The.result of to-day's meeting of the Labor caucus was/not communicated to the Press, but the Daily Telegraph understands that it is almost certain the caucus agreed to the income tax exemption being reduced from £300 to £250, which will apply to this year's incomes. No alteration is to be made in the exemption of £50 for each child, but the tax on incomes from rural lands is to be raised from. 6d to 8d ■on the basis of taxation existing in New Zealand. ;
