Dr. McLean added a few details to ■what was already known.. He said the story was a long one, and not for him to tell, but when Dr. Mawson's liook came out people would read the whole thing. Amongst other important discoveries, the party found nests of Antarctic petrels, never before found, six Ross seals, and a very rare species of whale. By dredging, many rare and new specimens were obtained.
