A FARMER'S SUICIDE,

ASHBURTON, March 4. The body of a single man, named Frederick William Frampton, 28 years of age. a farmer at Willowby, was found beneath an apple tree in the orchard near his residence. A doublebarrelled gun was lying beside the body, and a wound in the left breast was evidently the cause of death. At the inquest the coroner returned a verdict of suicide. while temporarily insane.
