BOY IMMIGRANTS.
ARRIVALS BY THE SUFFOLK
BY TELEGRAPH—PEESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, March 2. Another party of 51 farm youths arrived from England last night by the steamer Suffolk. The lads are between the ages of 16 and 20 years, and they were selected in England from a list of 500 applicants by the officials of the New Zealand Immigration Department. They have come to New Zealand in charge of Sergeant Thomson, of the 4th Hussars. The youths are a fine-looking lot, and, as they have all had farming experience, they are expected to prove desirable additions to the country's population. They were met by Government officials this morning, and are to be given instructions regarding their future destinations in various parts of the Dominion.
