AN AVIATION DUEL.
CAIRO, Jan. 7. As an outcome of Vedrines' (the aviator) refusal of Rouks' demand of a duel on the ground that he had said the latter had cisgraced France, M. Quinton, President of the French Aerial League, telegraphed to Vedrines to fight the duel or return. Vedrines replied: "Will fight you when I return?'
