wu f PARIS, Dec. 21. When the masters of ceremonies at cafes in Montmartre ordered the bandsmen to play, they Tefused and left the buildings because their demand for increased pay had been refused. The patrons of the icafes were bewildered and angered at being deprived of their usual music. .
