Other evidence showed thai Wilson told several people he intended to go to Armstrong's house on the night of the tragedy and shoot Armstrong. The latter was informed and he bought a revolver for his protection. When he opened the d"oor Wilson pointed a revolver at Armstrong, who fired and then chased Wilson, firing three more shots. Wilson did not fire .his revolver, which was not loaded.-
