Mr W. O'Neil was elected presi-; dent; Mr G. Gibson, vice-president; secretary and treasurer, Mr M. F. Voullaire; auditor, Mr E. 0. Ewart; executive committee, Messrs A. Webby, J. Stables, W. Gardner, H. Johns, It. Solley, J. Symes, :Jbhn Malone, T. Murphy, and the president,; vice-president, and secretary. subscription was fixed at 10s per an-i num. It was decided 7 to meet on the first Saturday in every second month. The first meeting will be; held on Feb-" ruary 7, 1914. The following meeting, falling in April, will be v vthe first annual meeting.
