HISTORIC ARTICLES.
LONDON, Dec. 21. A mace and chair which belonged to John Foster, the last Speaker of the Irish House of Commons, have been removed to the residence of his descendant, Lord Maserene, from the National Museum, Dublin, to which they had been loaned.
