On Hawera green on Saturday, afternoon a game was played for the challenge buttons. The holders: Tarrant, Dunlop, Grant, R. Hicks, beat the challengers: E. Hollard, Foden, Curtis, C. -E." Hollard, by 18/ to 16. This was the holders' second win.
In the champion singles, W. Robertson bea,t. Parrington by 19 to 12. In the champion pairs, Foy and Curtis were beaten by R. Hicks and Keen by 22 to 19 j and W. Robertson and Grant, 18 to 15.
