MELBOURNE, Dec. 21. Mr W. A- Wat* has formed a Ministryv with himself as Premier taid Treasurer. The other members of the Ministry are: Mr J. Murray, Chief Secretary; Sir A. Peacock, Minister for Public Instruction and Labor; Mr McKinnon, Attorney-General and Minister for Railways; Mr Lawson, Minister for Lands; Mr Hutchinson, Minister for Agriculture and Water Supply; Mr Drysdale, Minister for Mines, Forests and Health; Mr F, Haglethorn, Minister for Public Works; and Messrs W. Baillieii, Adamson, Livingstone and Gray as honorary members.
