XMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS GALA DAY AT NEW PLYMOUTH, 26th DECEMBER. RACES AT NEW PLYMOUTH, 26th and 27th DECEMBER. ON 2Gth December special train will leave Hawera. 6.50 a.m., arriving New Plymouth 10.5 a.m.; and will return, leaving New Plymouth 5.55 p.m.. for Waitara and Hawera. The usual 11.15 a.m. train, Hawera to New Plymouth, will NOT run. The usual 4.20 p.m. train will be delayed to leave New Plymouth at,6.25 p.m. for Pohokura and Hawera. The 6.50 a..m. and 7.20 a.m. trains from Hawera, and the 5.55 p.m. and 6.25 p.m. trains from "New Plymouth, will stop for passengers at Autere Street platform, near Fitzroy. . On 26th and 27th. December the usual 4.5 p.m. train. Hawera to New Plymouth, will NOT run. A 6pecial passenger train will leave Hawera 4.5 p.ni., arriving New Plymouth 7.28 p.m. On 27th December the usual 4.20 p.m. train will be delayed to leave New Plymouth at 6.25 p.m. for Hawera. ■ AXEMEN'S CARNIVAL AT ELTHAM 26th and 27th DECEMBER. On 26th December1 special train will Ipftve Hawera for New Plymouth at 6.50 a.m.j arriving Eltham 7.35 a.m. The usual 11.15 a.m. train, Hawera to New Plymouth, will NOT run. Special train will leave Hawera 11.10 a.m.. Elthain 11.55 a.m., arriving Stratford 12.17 p.m.; and will return, leaving Stratford 4.40 p.m., ..Eltham 5.15 p.m., arriving Hawera 6.0 p.m._ On* 27th December passenger train will leave Hawera 11.15 a.m., arriving Eltham 12 noon, and will return, leaving Eltham 5.20 p.m. for Hawera.
