LONDON, Dec. 16

Admiral Prince Louis -of Battenburg, the City of London sheriffs and wardens/ and:the masters of several London^' companies, and many prominent New Zealanders assembled in the Connaught rooms, where the Hon. T. Macrkenzie bade Captain Halsey and the officers and crew of H.M.S. New Zealand welcome home,. He eulogised their work. During the tour the officers were made members of 150 clubs, and they attended 75 dances. A more serious* side of the voyage, he said, was that like Drake, Captain Halsey circumnavigated the globe.
