CAPE TOWN, Dec. 16. Ten thousand Boers, including General Botha, are attending to-day the ceremoney at which Mr Steyne will unveil the memorial to the women and children who died in the concentration camps during the Boer war.

The town is full of armed burghers, who are living in a great military camp near the monument. The whole demonstration is a manifestation of Boer nationalism of a remarkable type.
