FALL IN CONSOLS.
LONDON,, Dec. 9. Consols have fallen to £71 16s 3d. The fall is variously, ascribed to the illsuceoss of the Canadian loan, to the possibility of another Australian loan, and to ilr Asqiiith's Oldham speech.
