ASSOCIATE PIANIST MEDAL.

' .WELLINGTON, Dec. 8. Mr Leon Cohen, local secretary of the Trinity;. College of Music, London, has just received advice from Mr Henry St. George, who has just completed his tour of the Dominion conducting practical examinations at the various centres, that he has awarded the 'Governor's medal, which goes to the best associate pianist in the Dominion, to Miss Annie Gilligan, of Oamaru Centre.
