ATHLETE AND M.P.
LONDON, Dec. 8. Hugh Fonnby,-the well-known athlete, formerly tutor to Samuel Hill"Wood, M.P,, is suing Mr; Hill-Wood for £600 per annum, which Mr HillWood /settled on Formby in 1900 to enable him to marry. Mr Hill-Wood's income is £15,000. Formby admits that in 1905 he inherited an estate valued at £46^000. Hill-Wood pleads undue influence, also that the inheritance invalidates the settlement.
