(Received Dec. 9, 11.15 a.m.). LONDON,. Dee. 8. Sir John Barlow, M.P., chairman of l£r Asquithj's Ofdham meeting, has resigned from the local Liberal Association because the Association refused his request for ladies' tickets, but granted Lord Emmott's and Lord Sheffield's similar requests.
