BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Oct. 8. Referring to the cabled announcement of the Si million loan being underwritten in London, the Hon. James Allen stated to-night that he could not vouch for the correctness of the message. "All soite of rumors emanate from London," he remarked. He regretted th«t he could not make any statement on the subject of the message, nor could he indicate particulars wherein the' message was incorrect. * ■
