MINISTERS' TRAVELLING EXPENSES.

MELBOURNE, Sept. 6. In the House of Representatives Mr Palmer charged Mr Fisher and other members of the late Ministry with drawing travelling expenses while conducting party political business. He declared that men in the high places of the Government who used their power to put their hands in the public Treasury to enrich themselves, were guilty of a worse offence than the man who put his Lands in his master's till. Messrs Tudor and Fraser warmly repudiated the charge, arid declared that Ministers only drew'travelling expenses ■when on public business.
