BERLIN, Sept. 5. Herr Wagner, a teacher, became insane at Muhlhau&en and ignited seveTal houses. When the people rushed -out he shot and killed eight and wounded ten before he was overpowered. His pursuers nearly killed him.
Before going to Muhlbausen Wagner fatally stabbed his wife and four children.
