TROPHY MATCHES.

The Eltham Rifle Club concluded the Second series of their trophy matches on Thursday afternoon, nineteen members competing.. Riflemen Pennington and Baxter tied for first place in the match with 48 each. The trophy winners in this series are Riflemen C. Kelland and J. M. Poynter with 96 points each, a tie. Appended are the scores (10 shots at 600 yds., handicap limit 48): „

Following are the aggregates on the completion of series 1 and 2. Three matches were fired in each series, the two highest scores to- count in each.
