WANGANUI, Sept. 5. as tne Supreme Court to-day R Connon proceeded against Marmwai laurs, claiming £501 damages The case arose out of a collision which took place on June 16 ,when Connon was cycling to Castlecliff to see the warship New Zealand and Tauri was motoring to town from the heads. The iurv returned a verdict for plaint ff for £140 and judgment was entered accordin°-lv with costs. ° "
