LONDON, Sept. .5. A committee representing automobile clubs and motor manufacturers has discovered a process jwhereby it is hoped that forty million gallons of motor spirit will be made available annually in Britain without further depletion of mineral resources. The spirit is obtained from a substance which is produced" In enormous quantities.
