WHEREAS the Hawera County Council, being the local authority m control of the Main South Road and the Normanby Road, whereon are situated "The Alain South Toll-Gate" and "The Normanby-Okaiawa Toll-Gate" respectively, has in pursuance of the powers contained in "The Public AVorks Act, 1908,'' altered certain charges in the scale of tolls at present in force at the Main South Toll-Gate and the Normanby-Okaiawa Toil-Gate respectively, now therefore public notice is hereby given:— 1. The following charges in the said scale of tolls are revoked: — Is. d. Great Cattle per head 0 li Cattle, six months or under, first 50, per head ... ... 0 1 Cattle, six months or under, over 50, per head 0 0« Motor Car, seated for over two, but not exceeding four persons 3 0 Motor Car, seated for over four, but not exceeding six persons 4 0 And for each seat for each person over six in number ... ... 10 2.
