WORK OF ACCLIMATISATION.

The fish were all in, ■ wealthy condition, and the stocking of the dam has proved a great success.. Ihe young trout, while in the d*my their fine appearance speaks well far-^ tiie attention they received- All thedistrict streams were well f^d urifli young fish which will mean a goJd start tor the coming season. Anglers"ill be pleased to know that the Society purposes doubling the number o£ hsh put m Mr Goodson's dam this year, makm- a total, of 8000 to be liberated as yearlmgs next season.
