A most successful social was held last night at the lodge room by the members of-the Masonic Lodge. There were a large number of members and friends present, and a most enjoyable evening was spent. The first part of the evening was given to progressive euchre, ' and in the second part there were a few dances and some songs. A sit-down supper was provided by the ladies. The j singing of Auld Lang Syne and tiie j National Anthem brought tho evening 'to a close. j EXHILARATION. First thing in the morning take a cup jof steatuing-hot Crescent- Tea and the ; effects will be exhilarating.
