At the opening of the Magistrate s Couort this morning, Mr P. ODea apologised nn reservedJy to the Magistrate for some remarks he had made to him last Monday week. He expressed his appreciation of the gentlemanly manner in which the Magistrate had always treated ham and the other solicitors in Court. Mr Kenrick accepted the apology. He said the man who apologised in public was more respected for having done so.
