The Daily Telegraph's Pekin correspondent reports that a formidable enveloping movement of northern troops is proceeding for the occupation of strategic points on the old Yang-tse, isolating and menacing Kiangsi. The newspapers state that all the troops in the vicinity of Pekm are armed in readiness.
