In the Supreme Court a decree nisi was granted in the case of Mary Ann Burrows v. Pierre Finch Burrows (NewPlymouth), for desertion.
Decrees nisi were also granted in Uie cases of Thos. Frederick Fletcher v. Esther Fletcher and John Vvaldon, and Josephine Chapman Briggs v. Michael Briggs, for desertion.
