Continental telegrams emphasise the ..gravity of the new situation arising over the fall of Scutari. Some allege that Austria's intention is to enforce the Powers' damand for Montenegro's withdrawal. Advices from Cattaro state that the iighting around Scutari was decided by ±he Servian artillery silencing the batteries one after another. The Montenegrins during the night time captured all the important positions and stormed the Bedica positions. The artillery fire has laid part of Sen, "tari in ruins. King Nicholas and the Princes will ■enter the town, to-day. BELGRADE, April 23. There is great rejoicing over the capture of Scutari.
