ATLANTIC PASSAGE FOR £4 10s.
LONDON, April 15: The Hamburg American and the North German Lloyd lines announae a reduction of the steerage rates from Europe to Canada. Formerly the fare was £6. From the beginning ot next month onwards it will be £4 10s, provided no agreement is come to between the North Atlantic pool and the Canadian Pacific Cocpany.
